The MEDAL Programme Coordinator will provide strategic, spiritual, operational, and stewardship leadership for CSM’s Mission, Evangelism, Discipleship, Apprenticeship, and Leadership framework. The role will ensure that MEDAL remains the lead strategy for missionary calling, Christian values formation, volunteer formation, discipleship, apprenticeship, servant leadership, and locally rooted fellowship development, while coordinating with LINDA as the practical application of MEDAL’s compassionate love.
1. Purpose of the Role
To lead, coordinate, and strengthen CSM’s MEDAL Programme so that missionary volunteers, local believers, pastors, mentors, and community leaders are formed, deployed, supported, and accountable in advancing mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership formation with compassion, integrity, humility, stewardship, non-coercion, and respect for human dignity.
2. Overall Objective
The overall objective is to ensure that MEDAL provides CSM’s lead framework for missionary human resources, Christian values formation, volunteer discipline, discipleship pathways, apprenticeship readiness, and leadership development, enabling CSM teams and communities to sustain mission, care, discipleship, and accountable local structures.
3. Biblical Foundation
This position is grounded in Scripture’s call to proclaim good news, serve with compassion, make disciples, witness in the power of the Holy Spirit, represent Christ faithfully, and steward ministry with humility and accountability.
4. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of the MEDAL Programme across mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership formation.
Develop and guide missionary volunteer teams, local believers, pastors, mentors, apprentices, and community leaders in CSM’s service culture and ministry standards.
Ensure MEDAL shapes CSM’s work through compassion, integrity, humility, stewardship, non-coercion, respect for human dignity, servant leadership, safeguarding, and care for the most vulnerable.
Coordinate CED Lead-Volunteers, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, MEDAL STEP participants, mission teams, and related volunteers.
Strengthen voluntary Bible learning, prayer, fellowship formation, discipleship pathways, reconciliation, leadership development, and locally led fellowships.
Ensure MEDAL remains integrated with LINDA so that compassionate service, practical care, health education, counselling, livelihood support, and voluntary spiritual support operate coherently and ethically.
Promote responsible partnership with churches, local authorities, community leaders, government departments, civil society, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure accurate programme planning, reporting, volunteer records, safeguarding documentation, learning feedback, and resource stewardship.
Identify emerging mission fields, volunteer development needs, leadership gaps, risks, and opportunities for MEDAL growth and sustainability.
5. Specific Duties
Strategy and Planning
Prepare MEDAL annual, quarterly, monthly, and field activity plans aligned to CSM’s integrated strategy and operational priorities.
Volunteer Formation
Recruit, orient, mentor, and supervise MEDAL volunteers and leaders, including CED Lead-Volunteers, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, and MEDAL STEP apprentices.
Discipleship and Leadership
Strengthen voluntary Bible learning, discipleship cohorts, fellowship formation, servant leadership, reconciliation, and local leadership structures.
Apprenticeship
Coordinate MEDAL STEP missionary-service apprenticeship formation, including learning plans, mentorship, service discipline, reflection, and readiness for future service.
Integration with LINDA
Coordinate with the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator-Volunteer so that mission, care, referrals, counselling, livelihood support, and voluntary spiritual support remain integrated but non-coercive.
Partnership and Representation
Represent MEDAL in coordination meetings with churches, community leaders, partners, and relevant public or civil society actors.
Safeguarding and Stewardship
Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, informed consent, non-discrimination, ethical witness, financial integrity, and responsible use of resources across MEDAL activities.
Monitoring and Reporting
Compile activity reports, volunteer records, discipleship progress, apprenticeship updates, leadership development outcomes, risks, lessons learned, and recommendations.
6. Expected Deliverables
Approved MEDAL annual, quarterly, monthly, and field-level workplans and reports.
Volunteer formation, supervision, deployment, and mentoring plans for MEDAL teams.
Records of mission outreach, evangelism activities, Bible learning groups, discipleship cohorts, apprenticeships, fellowships, and leadership development activities.
Updated register of MEDAL volunteers, apprentices, local leaders, fellowship hosts, and emerging mission opportunities.
Safeguarding, risk, incident, learning, and stewardship reports submitted through approved CSM channels.
Periodic MEDAL performance review notes, recommendations, risk updates, and sustainability plans.
7. Required Qualifications and Attributes
Formal training in Christian theology is required, together with sound doctrinal understanding, mature Christian character, and a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
Demonstrated experience in mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, leadership formation, pastoral care, volunteer management, or church/community ministry is required. Formal training in a relevant human health or medical discipline is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of biblical stewardship, servant leadership, non-coercive witness, safeguarding, dignity, confidentiality, and accountable ministry practice.
Ability to coordinate diverse volunteers, churches, community leaders, partners, and programme teams across field contexts.
Strong planning, mentoring, facilitation, reporting, conflict sensitivity, cross-cultural communication, and team leadership skills.
Commitment to CSM’s vision, mission, MEDAL strategy, LINDA integration, and service to vulnerable and underserved communities.
Minimum relevant experience aligned to the applicable assignment category and CSM requirements.
8. Reporting and Accountability
The MEDAL Programme Coordinator will report to CSM leadership or the designated supervisor and will coordinate closely with the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator - Volunteer, CED Lead - Volunteer, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, CHC Lead - Volunteers, CHEPs, pastors, churches, community leaders, partners, and relevant local authorities.
The Coordinator will ensure that MEDAL leads CSM's formation, mission, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership functions while LINDA applies MEDAL's compassionate love through practical service.
9. Time Commitment
The expected time commitment will be agreed with CSM leadership based on programme needs. It will include planning, field coordination, volunteer supervision, training, mentoring, reporting, partnership engagement, safeguarding follow-up, programme reviews, and periodic participation in retreats, trainings, mission campaigns, and leadership formation activities.

CSM leadership will provide orientation, theological and ministry guidance, safeguarding briefing, MEDAL strategy tools, volunteer supervision templates, reporting formats, partnership guidance, and mentoring support.

12. Performance Review and Learning

13. Acceptance
By accepting this role, the MEDAL Programme Coordinator agrees to lead faithfully under CSM leadership, uphold the MEDAL strategy, strengthen missionary volunteer formation, coordinate ethically with LINDA, safeguard all persons served, and steward CSM’s mission, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership responsibilities with integrity, accountability, humility, and love.

Position Summary
The Community Evangelism and Discipleship (CED) Lead – Volunteer serves within the MEDAL Programme under the supervision of the MEDAL Programme Coordinator. The role provides spiritual leadership, volunteer coordination, and operational oversight for community evangelism and discipleship activities.
The CED Lead mentors Community Evangelism Promoters and Community Discipleship Promoters, strengthens Bible learning groups, identifies emerging leaders, supports fellowship development, and ensures that all ministry activities are conducted with integrity, accountability, safeguarding, cultural sensitivity, and biblical stewardship.
The role contributes to CSM's mission by helping communities experience Christ's love through faithful Gospel witness, discipleship, servant leadership, and compassionate community engagement.
1. Purpose of the Role
The Community Evangelism and Discipleship (CED) Lead – Volunteer provides servant leadership for Christian Services Ministries' MEDAL outreach by coordinating evangelism and discipleship activities within assigned communities. The role equips and mentors Community Evangelism Promoters and Community Discipleship Promoters to proclaim the Gospel faithfully, disciple those who voluntarily respond, strengthen emerging fellowships, and model biblical stewardship in every aspect of ministry.
The volunteer will foster Christ-centred relationships while ensuring that ministry is conducted with compassion, integrity, accountability, safeguarding, cultural sensitivity, and respect for the dignity and freedom of every individual.
2. Overall Objective
The overall objective of this position is to strengthen CSM's MEDAL Programme by coordinating evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership development within assigned communities. The CED Lead will help ensure that underserved and unreached people hear the Gospel, new believers receive sound biblical discipleship, local fellowships mature, and volunteer teams are equipped to sustain Christ-centred ministry with humility, stewardship, accountability, and doctrinal faithfulness.

- Identify persons of peace, emerging mission opportunities, voluntary Bible learning groups, and new fellowship communities.

- Promote biblical stewardship by ensuring responsible management of ministry resources, volunteer service, records, relationships, and community trust.
- Work collaboratively with CSM leadership, churches, pastors, LINDA teams where appropriate, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Maintain accurate ministry records, outreach reports, volunteer assignments, testimonies, safeguarding documentation, and follow-up plans.

Outreach Planning
- Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and community outreach plans.

- Support responsible planning and stewardship of ministry resources.

Leadership of Community Evangelism Promoters
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and supervision to Community Evangelism Promoters.
- Support identification of persons of peace and opportunities for Gospel engagement.
- Encourage respectful community relationships built on integrity, humility, and compassion.

Leadership of Community Discipleship Promoters

7. Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Formal theological training or a demonstrated commitment to undertake recognised Christian theological training.

8. Reporting and Accountability
The Community Evangelism and Discipleship (CED) Lead – Volunteer reports directly to the MEDAL Programme Coordinator and works closely with Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, fellowship leaders, pastors, churches, CSM leadership, LINDA teams where appropriate, community leaders, and ministry partners.
The volunteer is expected to maintain regular communication and submit accurate ministry reports that support accountability, stewardship, safeguarding, continuous learning, and programme improvement.

9. Time Commitment
The expected time commitment will be agreed upon with the MEDAL Programme Coordinator according to the approved outreach and discipleship work plan, ministry priorities, and community needs.
The role may include, but is not limited to, the following activities:
- Personal prayer, Bible study, and spiritual preparation.
- Community outreach and household visitation.
- Mentoring and supervision of Community Evangelism Promoters and Community Discipleship Promoters.
- Preparation and facilitation of Bible learning and discipleship sessions.
- Pastoral encouragement and follow-up of new believers.
- Leadership mentoring and apprenticeship activities.
- Planning meetings, coordination, and community engagement.
- Preparation and submission of ministry reports.
- Safeguarding follow-up and appropriate referrals where required.
- Participation in MEDAL training, retreats, reviews, mission campaigns, and other approved ministry activities.
10. Code of Conduct

11. Support, Training and Resources
Christian Services Ministries (CSM) will provide appropriate orientation, ministry guidance, safeguarding briefing, reporting tools, mentoring support, and access to relevant training opportunities to enable volunteers to serve effectively.

12. Performance Review and Learning
Performance reviews will be conducted periodically to encourage continuous learning, ministry effectiveness, servant leadership, accountability, safeguarding compliance, faithful stewardship, and spiritual growth.
The review process will consider ministry participation, volunteer leadership, discipleship outcomes, reporting quality, community engagement, safeguarding practice, collaboration with ministry teams, and contribution to the long-term sustainability of MEDAL Programme activities.
13. Acceptance
By accepting this volunteer position, the Community Evangelism and Discipleship (CED) Lead – Volunteer agrees to serve faithfully under the leadership of Christian Services Ministries (CSM) and within the framework of the MEDAL Programme.

The LINDA Programme (Leprosy Infections and Narcotics Dependency Alleviation) is a holistic compassion and community development programme implemented by Christian Services Ministries (CSM) in partnership with the County Government of Kilifi. The programme supports individuals, families, and communities affected by leprosy and related diseases, narcotics dependency, homelessness, disability, poverty, and other forms of social vulnerability.
LINDA promotes an integrated, community-led approach that combines health education, early identification and referral, trauma-informed counselling, family restoration, psychosocial support, livelihood improvement, entrepreneurship development, and youth empowerment to restore dignity, resilience, and hope.
The programme works to reduce stigma, strengthen family and community support systems, improve access to health and social services, encourage sustainable livelihoods, and foster inclusion for vulnerable individuals and households through locally owned solutions.

7. Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum relevant experience aligned with the applicable volunteer experience category and Christian Services Ministries (CSM) assignment requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate Christian service, integrity, servant leadership, and respect for the dignity, rights, and wellbeing of every individual regardless of background, health status, age, gender, disability, or social circumstance.

8. Reporting and Accountability
The Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteer reports directly to the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator – Volunteer and works in close collaboration with Community Health Promoter (CHP) – Volunteers, Community Health Committees, Community Health Units, Level 2 and Level 3 health facilities, the Sub-County Health Management Team (SCHMT), the County Department of Health and Sanitation, Kilifi, local administration, churches, community leaders, and other approved Christian Services Ministries (CSM) partners.
The CHC Lead provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and technical guidance to Community Health Promoter (CHP) – Volunteers while ensuring that all community health and counselling activities are implemented in accordance with LINDA Programme policies, Government of Kenya community health guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and approved referral procedures.
The volunteer will prepare and submit regular:
- Community health outreach and activity reports.
- Volunteer supervision, mentoring, and performance reports.
- Household visitation, referral, and follow-up summaries.
- Health education and community engagement reports.
- Safeguarding incident reports and risk notifications.
- Community health data, monitoring records, and programme statistics.

The CHC Lead is responsible for maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, promoting accountability, ensuring responsible stewardship of programme resources, and promptly escalating medical emergencies, safeguarding concerns, protection issues, or other significant risks through approved reporting channels.
Guidance should be sought from the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator whenever situations arise that fall outside approved volunteer competencies, including medical emergencies, mental health crises, safeguarding concerns, legal matters, protection issues, or complex referrals requiring specialized professional intervention.
9. Time Commitment
The expected time commitment for the Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteer will be agreed with the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator based on approved work plans, programme priorities, community needs, and volunteer availability.
The role requires regular participation in community-based health promotion, volunteer supervision, coordination meetings, household follow-up, referral activities, monitoring, reporting, and other programme responsibilities necessary to support effective implementation of the LINDA Programme.
The volunteer is expected to participate in activities that may include:

- Community health planning and coordination meetings.
- Household and community outreach visits.

The Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteer is expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, compassion, accountability, professionalism, and Christ-centred service while representing Christian Services Ministries (CSM), the LINDA Programme, and community health structures. The volunteer shall serve every individual with dignity, respect, fairness, and without discrimination.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, humility, compassion, accountability, servant leadership, and responsible stewardship in all programme activities and community engagements.
- Respect the dignity, privacy, rights, culture, beliefs, and individual choices of every person served regardless of age, gender, disability, health condition, religion, ethnicity, or social background.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal, family, health, counselling, safeguarding, referral, and programme information except where disclosure is required by approved safeguarding procedures or applicable law.
- Always obtain informed consent before collecting personal information, providing services, making referrals, or sharing information through approved programme systems.
- Promote safeguarding by protecting children, vulnerable adults, and other at-risk persons from abuse, neglect, exploitation, harassment, violence, discrimination, or any form of harm.

11. Support, Training and Resources
Christian Services Ministries (CSM), through the LINDA Programme, is committed to equipping Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteers with the knowledge, skills, guidance, and resources necessary to provide safe, compassionate, ethical, and effective community health and counselling services. Volunteers will receive appropriate orientation, supervision, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities throughout their period of service.
The CHC Lead – Volunteer will work under the guidance of the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator and in collaboration with Community Health Committees, Community Health Units, health facilities, government partners, churches, and other approved stakeholders to strengthen quality community health services and volunteer leadership.

12. Performance Review and Learning
Performance of the Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteer will be reviewed periodically to assess leadership effectiveness, quality of community health and counselling services, volunteer supervision, safeguarding compliance, collaboration with stakeholders, and contribution to the objectives of the LINDA Programme.
The review process is intended to promote continuous learning, strengthen volunteer capacity, improve service quality, encourage accountability, and support professional and spiritual growth while enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of community health outreach.
Performance reviews may consider:
- Leadership and supervision of Community Health Promoter (CHP) – Volunteers.
- Quality and effectiveness of community health education and counselling activities.
- Timeliness and accuracy of referrals, follow-up, record keeping, and programme reporting.
- Compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, ethical standards, and approved volunteer role boundaries.
- Community participation, stakeholder collaboration, and relationship building.

- Achievement of agreed programme objectives, work plans, and expected deliverables.

By accepting this volunteer appointment, the Community Health and Counselling (CHC) Lead – Volunteer agrees to serve faithfully under the leadership of Christian Services Ministries (CSM) through the LINDA Programme and to uphold the mission, vision, values, policies, and standards of the organization throughout the period of service.

Position Summary
The Community Health Promoter (CHEP) – Volunteer serves under the LINDA Programme as a frontline Level 1 community health and emotional wellness volunteer, working under the technical guidance of the CHC Lead – Volunteer and supervision of the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator – Volunteer.

9. Code of Conduct

10. Support, Training and Resources
Christian Services Ministries (CSM) and the LINDA Programme will provide orientation, safeguarding briefing, confidentiality guidance, leprosy-sensitive training, approved community health tools, referral guidance, supervision support, and refresher learning throughout the assignment.
Training and support will include:
- Orientation to Christian Services Ministries (CSM) and the LINDA Programme.
- Safeguarding, confidentiality, and informed consent.
- Leprosy-sensitive community health promotion.
- Early identification, referral, and counter-referral procedures.

11. Performance Review and Learning
The Community Health Promoter (CHEP) – Volunteer role will be reviewed periodically to assess outreach participation, household follow-up, referral effectiveness, safeguarding compliance, data quality, community feedback, teamwork, and learning needs.
Performance reviews are intended to strengthen accountability, volunteer wellbeing, continuous learning, improved outreach practice, and effective delivery of community health and emotional wellness services through the LINDA Programme.

By accepting this volunteer role, the Community Health Promoter (CHEP) – Volunteer agrees to serve faithfully under the leadership of Christian Services Ministries (CSM) and the LINDA Programme.

The MEDAL Programme Coordinator will provide strategic, spiritual, operational, and stewardship leadership for CSM’s Mission, Evangelism, Discipleship, Apprenticeship, and Leadership framework. The role will ensure that MEDAL remains the lead strategy for missionary calling, Christian values formation, volunteer formation, discipleship, apprenticeship, servant leadership, and locally rooted fellowship development, while coordinating with LINDA as the practical application of MEDAL’s compassionate love.
1. Purpose of the Role
To lead, coordinate, and strengthen CSM’s MEDAL Programme so that missionary volunteers, local believers, pastors, mentors, and community leaders are formed, deployed, supported, and accountable in advancing mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership formation with compassion, integrity, humility, stewardship, non-coercion, and respect for human dignity.
2. Overall Objective
The overall objective is to ensure that MEDAL provides CSM’s lead framework for missionary human resources, Christian values formation, volunteer discipline, discipleship pathways, apprenticeship readiness, and leadership development, enabling CSM teams and communities to sustain mission, care, discipleship, and accountable local structures.
3. Biblical Foundation
This position is grounded in Scripture’s call to proclaim good news, serve with compassion, make disciples, witness in the power of the Holy Spirit, represent Christ faithfully, and steward ministry with humility and accountability. 4. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of the MEDAL Programme across mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership formation.
Develop and guide missionary volunteer teams, local believers, pastors, mentors, apprentices, and community leaders in CSM’s service culture and ministry standards.
Ensure MEDAL shapes CSM’s work through compassion, integrity, humility, stewardship, non-coercion, respect for human dignity, servant leadership, safeguarding, and care for the most vulnerable.
Coordinate CED Lead -Volunteers, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, MEDAL STEP participants, mission teams, and related volunteers.
Strengthen voluntary Bible learning, prayer, fellowship formation, discipleship pathways, reconciliation, leadership development, and locally led fellowships.
Ensure MEDAL remains integrated with LINDA so that compassionate service, practical care, health education, counselling, livelihood support, and voluntary spiritual support operate coherently and ethically.
Promote responsible partnership with churches, local authorities, community leaders, government departments, civil society, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure accurate programme planning, reporting, volunteer records, safeguarding documentation, learning feedback, and resource stewardship.
Identify emerging mission fields, volunteer development needs, leadership gaps, risks, and opportunities for MEDAL growth and sustainability.
5. Specific Duties
Strategy and Planning: Prepare MEDAL annual, quarterly, monthly, and field activity plans aligned to CSM’s integrated strategy and operational priorities.
Volunteer Formation: Recruit, orient, mentor, and supervise MEDAL volunteers and leaders, including CED Lead -Volunteers, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, and MEDAL STEP apprentices.
Discipleship and Leadership: Strengthen voluntary Bible learning, discipleship cohorts, fellowship formation, servant leadership, reconciliation, and local leadership structures.
Apprenticeship: Coordinate MEDAL STEP missionary-service apprenticeship formation, including learning plans, mentorship, service discipline, reflection, and readiness for future service.
Integration with LINDA: Coordinate with the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator -Volunteer so that mission, care, referrals, counselling, livelihood support, and voluntary spiritual support remain integrated but non-coercive.
Partnership and Representation: Represent MEDAL in coordination meetings with churches, community leaders, partners, and relevant public or civil society actors.
Safeguarding and Stewardship: Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, informed consent, non-discrimination, ethical witness, financial integrity, and responsible use of resources across MEDAL activities.
Monitoring and Reporting: Compile activity reports, volunteer records, discipleship progress, apprenticeship updates, leadership development outcomes, risks, lessons learned, and recommendations.
6. Expected Deliverables
Approved MEDAL annual, quarterly, monthly, and field-level workplans and reports.
Volunteer formation, supervision, deployment, and mentoring plans for MEDAL teams.
Records of mission outreach, evangelism activities, Bible learning groups, discipleship cohorts, apprenticeships, fellowships, and leadership development activities.
Updated register of MEDAL volunteers, apprentices, local leaders, fellowship hosts, and emerging mission opportunities.
Safeguarding, risk, incident, learning, and stewardship reports submitted through approved CSM channels.
Periodic MEDAL performance review notes, recommendations, risk updates, and sustainability plans.
7. Required Qualifications and Attributes
Formal training in Christian theology is required, together with sound doctrinal understanding, mature Christian character, and a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
Demonstrated experience in mission, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship, leadership formation, pastoral care, volunteer management, or church/community ministry is required. Formal training in a relevant human health or medical discipline is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of biblical stewardship, servant leadership, non-coercive witness, safeguarding, dignity, confidentiality, and accountable ministry practice.
Ability to coordinate diverse volunteers, churches, community leaders, partners, and programme teams across field contexts.
Strong planning, mentoring, facilitation, reporting, conflict sensitivity, cross-cultural communication, and team leadership skills.
Commitment to CSM’s vision, mission, MEDAL strategy, LINDA integration, and service to vulnerable and underserved communities.
Minimum relevant experience aligned to the applicable assignment category and CSM requirements.
8. Reporting and Accountability
The MEDAL Programme Coordinator will report to CSM leadership or the designated supervisor and will coordinate closely with the LINDA Compassion Programme Coordinator -Volunteer, CED Lead -Volunteer, Community Evangelism Promoters, Community Discipleship Promoters, CHC Lead -Volunteers, CHEPs, pastors, churches, community leaders, partners, and relevant local authorities. The Coordinator will ensure that MEDAL leads CSM’s formation, mission, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership functions while LINDA applies MEDAL’s compassionate love through practical service.
9. Time Commitment
The expected time commitment will be agreed with CSM leadership based on programme needs. It will include planning, field coordination, volunteer supervision, training, mentoring, reporting, partnership engagement, safeguarding follow-up, programme reviews, and periodic participation in retreats, trainings, mission campaigns, and leadership formation activities.

CSM leadership will provide orientation, theological and ministry guidance, safeguarding briefing, MEDAL strategy tools, volunteer supervision templates, reporting formats, partnership guidance, and mentoring support. Training may include mission practice, evangelism, discipleship, apprenticeship formation, leadership development, non-coercive witness, safeguarding, record keeping, partnership coordination, and responsible stewardship.
12. Performance Review and Learning
The role will be reviewed periodically to assess programme leadership, volunteer formation, discipleship outcomes, apprenticeship progress, leadership development, safeguarding compliance, partnership quality, reporting accuracy, resource stewardship, community feedback, and sustainability of local fellowships and mission structures.
13. Acceptance
By accepting this role, the MEDAL Programme Coordinator agrees to lead faithfully under CSM leadership, uphold the MEDAL strategy, strengthen missionary volunteer formation, coordinate ethically with LINDA, safeguard all persons served, and steward CSM’s mission, discipleship, apprenticeship, and leadership responsibilities with integrity, accountability, humility, and love.
